SSPA Self Care Workshop

Celebrate year-end Christmas cheer while caring for yourself. This workshop is for sector workers at all levels to identify and problem-solve stress in the workplace and elsewhere.

You will have the opportunity to:

• acknowledge and thereby reinforce what you currently do that works
• build on and share your approaches
• consider doing something new, or rekindle or revise something you used to do
• focus on what is realistically achievable
• start to identify your own ‘thermometer of self-care’
• enjoy some relaxation and self-care during the session

Where: Logan Campbell Building, Edible Garden at Auckland Botanic Gardens, 102 Hill Road

Single - SSPA Members $20 / Non-SSPA Members $30 (GST included)
