SSPA Self Care Workshop

SSPA Self Care Workshop
Celebrate year-end Christmas cheer while caring for yourself. This workshop is for sector workers at all levels to identify and problem-solve stress in the workplace and elsewhere.
You will have the opportunity to:
- acknowledge and thereby reinforce what you currently do that works
- build on and share your approaches
- consider doing something new, or rekindle or revise something you used to do
- focus on what is realistically achievable
- start to identify your own ‘thermometer of self-care’
- enjoy some relaxation and self-care during the session
Auckland
When: 27 November, 12.30pm - 4.00pm
Where: Logan Campbell Building, Edible Garden at Auckland Botanic Gardens, 102 Hill Road
Festive lunch served before the workshop
