Government appears to be in no hurry to consider what Judge Boshier suggested in 2012 that domestic violence be made a criminal offence. One good thing that can flow from such an offence is giving us better statistics of domestic violence than the present 20% reporting level. Tune in to the full Radio New Zealand Report interview here
