Come along and grab yourself a FREE sausage at the White Ribbon Henderson Community BBQ! Hosted by Family Works and the Waitemata District Health Board, the FREE BBQ will be held on Thursday 26 November, 10 a.m - 2 p.m outside Mitre 10, 186 Lincoln Rd.

As part of the White Ribbon campaign various community agencies are hosting FREE BBQs across Waitakere during the week of White Ribbon, with White Ribbon Day on Wednesday 25 November. The aim of the BBQs is to engage with our community whilst promoting the messages of White Ribbon about respectful relationships and standing up against violence towards women. The Henderson Community BBQ outisde Mitre 10 is one of three BBQs taking place on Thursday - check out our Events page for details about the other BBQs and events being held in Waitakere during the week of White Ribbon.
