Westside Counselling Group Programmes

Westside Counselling are offering two group programmes: 'Beating the Blues', and 'Living Free'.
Living Free is a Free 15 week Support Group for Women caught in the Cycle of Abuse, including Family Violence.
The programme starts on the 3rd of March.
