1. Healthy statement for a change, Angela King, Regional manager, Geneva Healthcare, will share energy of the Change Day that was about pledging to help improve the healthcare experience for every kiwi.  It’s about individuals like you taking action albeit small steps that can collectively bring about big changes.
2. The Auckland and Waitemata Collaboration maternity plan, Wendy Devereux, Carol Hayward and Raj Singh, WDHB, will provide an update on the maternity plan including information on the new Achieving Equity working group as well as lessons learned on the recent primary birthing consultation.
3. Advanced Care Plan (ACP): Korean Resources Co-Design Project, Shona Muir,National Advance Care Planning (ACP) Training Programme Manager, ADHB. There is a specific challenge that the concept of the service doesn’t exist in Korea and how to ensure all information to be delivered in a culturally appropriate way. The presentation will share the outcome of Co-design In partnership with the community that created a Korean concept of ACP and tailored the content of the resources.
