This training is an introduction to the essentials of safeguarding and child protection, for people working in schools.

Register for this event

You will gain confidence understanding the impact of child abuse and neglect, knowing what you can do to help prevent it happening and what to do when you are worried about a child or young person. This knowledge is essential for everyone who works with our tamariki and rangitahi, especially those working in schools. You will also learn how to protect your workplace’s reputational risk profile.

This webinar is 2.5 hours with a 10 minute break and 20 minute Q&A’s included.
