Integrating Family Violence & Child Protection into Practice - Workshop - Auckland - 4-5 Oct 2016

Cost: $495 plus gst (register before 16 September 2016); $549 plus gst after that date. Places limited to 30. Register now 

Child Matters and Shine are co-hosting a 2-day workshop promoting awareness of child abuse and family violence and exploring the links between these chronic and persistent social issues. The Workshop will consider the range of negative outcomes that are created, especially for children and non-abusive parents, and tackle the challenges of developing practical strategies for interventions that will enable effective, multi-agency networking and collaboration. There will be a focus on how to keep adult and child victims safe and engaging with family members who use violence in their domestic relationships.
