Doorway Property Management Launched
June 04, 2015 at 8:29 AM
On Wednesday 3rd June Doorway Property Management Ltd will be launched in West Auckland.
Doorway Property Management is a social enterprise, established to address the rental housing crisis currently facing West Auckland. Our key point of difference in the current property management market is our core focus; to improve the West Auckland community through better tenancy management. We are a self-sustaining organisation with all our profits will be going directly into the local community.
Doorway Property Management understands what makes a tenancy work for both Landlords and Tenants and provides a service based on communication and integrity. As a business, we build strong relationships with both landlord and tenants, working in a transparent and supportive environment to encourage long term tenancies and strong communities.
We know what Landlords expect from their property management service. We aim to provide increased communication, regular reporting through easy to understand monthly reports, and overall a higher level of service.
The team behind Doorway Property Management are all actively involved in supporting the West Auckland community, and we know that communication and relationships are important aspects of a successful tenant/property manager relationship. We show our tenants that we value them; we treat them with respect, support them and communicate directly with them around all aspects of their tenancy. Knowing that hard times can simply be a pay cheque away, we proactively work with tenants to sustain their tenancy; a win for both tenant and the landlord.
This is your opportunity to do good at no extra cost, call Doorway Property Management today for more information on how we can manage your property.
