What is Anxiety? What causes it?
How can Depression and Anxiety be managed?
This support group will discuss these questions and provide answers by the sharing of stories and coping skills. The group will be guided by two experienced Depression and Anxiety Group facilitators. We will provide a safe and confidential place where there is no pressure to talk if you don't want to – listening is learning too.
NO NEED TO HANDLE THIS ON YOUR OWN - we are here to help
