Seasons (8 weeks) For children who are missing someone or something significant in their lives because of the death of a loved one, separations of parents, or other major changes. Breakthrough (6 weeks) For girls aged between 11-17 years who are struggling with anger and other feelings. Storm Birds (4 weeks) For children who have experienced a natural disaster first-hand or have been adversely affected by one in some way. Skills for Life (8 weeks) For adults, a DBT based group aimed at supporting individuals to live life to the full through practical skills that can be applied to everyday life. (WINZ, ACC, Family Court accredited.)
