Preparing the market for new ACC sensitive claims contract
To prepare the market for the ISSC contract, ACC will be hosting 23 in-person information sessions in 18 locations across Aotearoa New Zealand beginning 25 October and ending 29 November 2023.
The current ISSC contract will expire on 30 November, 2024, and the new ISSC contract will take effect on 1 December, 2024. ACC plan to release the new ISSC contract for tender in April 2024. This means that if you're an existing ISSC supplier and wish to continue offering your services, you'll need to submit a tender for the new contract.
During these sessions, participants will learn about upcoming changes to the ISSC and how to apply to tender for the new ISSC contract. These half-day sessions are open to existing ISSC suppliers and providers, and any organisations interested in tendering for the new contract.
Who should attend
These sessions are open to anyone interested in learning about the new ISSC contract. This includes existing ISSC suppliers and providers, as well as others who may be interested in tendering for the new ISSC contract.
Register for you preferred sessions here.
If you want to know more, visit the ACC event page.
