Understanding Traumatic Brain Injury as a result of Domestic Violence: To raise awareness and educate people who work with domestic and family violence about the risks and causes of Traumatic Brain Injusy (TBI) and to promote coping strategies and the improvement of community based support services.
Date: October 29th 2010 10:30am to 12:00
Venue: Church, Corbans Estate Arts Centre, 426 Great North Road, Henderson.

Understanding Domestic Violence: A two day introduction where participants will get to understand the dynamics of domestic violence and the effects on women and children of witnessing and experiencing violence and abuse in their homes.
Date: November 2nd and 9th, 9:30am to 4:30 pm both days.
Venue: Opanuku Room, Corbans Estate Arts Centre, 426 Great North Road, Henderson.
Cost: $50 per participant. Lunch and drinks supplied.
Please note: Day One is a pre-requisite for Day Two.
