Office of the Privacy Commissioner
The Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC) is an Independent Crown Entity. It is their job to regulate the Privacy Act 2020 and make sure agencies know what rules they need to follow to share information safely and appropriately. Includes guidance on sharing information to protect the wellbeing and safety of children and young people.
