Refugees as Survivors New Zealand (RASNZ) are hosting two different workshops around working with clients from a refugee background, using a cross-cultural trauma informed approach. Refugees as Survivors New Zealand (RASNZ) is the leading mental health service for people from refugee backgrounds living in New Zealand.
The one day workshop is for health and allied professionals who work with clients from a refugee background.
When: Monday 23 April or Monday 14 May 2018.
Where: Mangere Refugee Resettlement Centre, 251 Massey Road, Mangere East, Auckland.
Organised by Refugees as Survivors New Zealand (RASNZ).

The half day workshop is for non-health professionals who work with clients from a refugee background. This training is open to Teachers, Lawyers, NZ Police, WINZ, Housing NZ, and Council staff.
When: Tuesday 24 April 2018 (9am start) or Tuesday 15 May 2018 (1pm start).
