Building Awesome Whānau

 Wednesdays, 9.30-11.30am, February 13 - 20 March.

A 6-week course for women that draws on the wisdom of matauranga Māori and the best of Toolbox to offer you and your family a kaupapa that is uniquely Aotearoa. Designed for women raising children aged 0-12.

Change Growth and Transformation

Fridays, 9.45am - 11.15am, February 15 - March 22

A free, 6- week course designed for women who have experienced family violence. This includes psychological, emotional, sexual and physical abuse


Dealing with Difficult Emotions

A free 6-week course designed to help women unpack uncomfortable emotions such as anger, anxiety, sadness and grief, and learn strategies to work them through
