At this training you will:
- Gain knowledge of the tendering process.
- Have an effective proposal response template to take back to your office.
- Gain practical knowledge you can apply when your organisation is in a tendering process.
- Understand the tendering terminology.
It is important to know what is required and be prepared ahead of time to have the best chance of success in winning contracts. The training will give you tips about what to focus on in the tender document and useful means of responding to tenders quickly.
If you and your organisation wish to be successful in a tendering process, this training is not to be missed.

Margaret is Director of Corporate Contracts Management Ltd. Margaret has a total of 27 years experience in the contract/procurement area and has worked in Australia and the United States of America. She speaks to different groups and provides individual training, group training courses and workshops. She has written books including Contract Matters: A Practical Guide to the Contractual Process.
Corporate Contracts Management Ltd is about education of the business world in respect to the contractual process and the world of contracts. Margaret assists in the complex contract world by looking at the ‘whole of life’ contract world and she assists her clients with being able to be ready for the contractual process and to look forward strategically.
