Vulnerable Children Bill submissions

The Social Services Committee is calling for submissions on the Vulnerable Children Bill 2013.
It proposes amendments to the Vulnerable Children Act and the Child Harm Prevention Orders Act to protect and improve the well being of vulnerable children.
