Outcomes Reporting
It’s the big buzzword in community organisations and funding applications - ‘Outcomes'.
So what are outcomes, why are they important, how do you develop them and monitor their achievement.
This workshop looks at outcomes and the relationship to the work your organisation does, the strategy you have and how you can ensure that all of your efforts are actually making a difference to the community you serve. We explore some different models of outcome monitoring including Results based accountability and developing an outcomes map for your organisation and how you can use this clarity to tell your story to funders, potential partners and the community.
