Upcoming Older Peoples Support Network meeting

Hi Everyone,
Age Concern Auckland would like to invite you to attend the newly resurrected Older Peoples Support Network meeting being held on the 6th of December from 10.30am-12pm. This invitation is extended to all those who work with older adults in both central and west Auckland. The meeting will be held at Age Concern Auckland’s office at 57 Rosebank Road Avondale. Please feel free to extend this invitation to your networks.
A working agenda is presented to facilitate general discussion in regard to how the network meetings may look for 2018.

10.30 – 10.40 Arrive – please help yourself to morning tea and a drink
Sharing information. You are welcome to bring panui/notices for resource table, business cards, any new resources etc.
If you would like to share and provide any information you want to go out to whole network please provide it electronically to Chris Frew for distribution.
White board for you to write upcoming events on when you arrive and get morning tea.

2018 dates to be set for quarterly meetings
Terms of Reference:
To develop terms of reference inclusive of vision and values; mission statement; functions; expectations; accountability; network membership and frequency of meetings. A copy of the Age Concern Counties Manukau Inc. Positive Ageing Network terms of reference will be available at the meeting for use as a possible template

An opportunity for those present to network individually with each other informally while morning tea is cleared away (please make sure you bring your business cards to give to others)
