“Unconscious bias and inclusive leadership”

Auckland Council is hosting Professor Robert Wood in a seminar on insights and strategies to mitigate the effects of bias that can deliver better business and good equality outcomes.
Unconscious thinking, biases and exclusionary behaviour counter robust leadership and management.
