Toddler Day Out 2015
November 26, 2014 at 5:14 PM
We are in the midst of pre-production of Toddler Day Out 2015 and I thought I’d sent out an invite for all those who participated last year and potential stallholders to come along to create another awesome and effective event for the families of Waitakere (and beyond). I have attached the stall holder application and if you can get that back to me right away, so we can plan and payment due by the 31st of January 2015, that would be great. If you need an invoice to start the process, just let me know on the application and we will arrange it.
For further instruction to confirm who your Village Area Organiser will be, please contact kaylindley@xtra.co.nz. Also, we will be updating the information doc (attached) along with site plan and key, closer to the date.
For those who have already committed to the role of a Village Area Organiser, please forward the applications to your stall holders, so we can start planning.
