Tikanga Ririki - A Strengths-based Maori Parenting Model

Tikanga Ririki is a unique strengths-based Maori parenting model developed by Maori child advocacy organisation Mana Ririki. Based on pre-colonial Maori parenting values, Tikanga Ririki is evidencing profound changes in Maori whanau. WAVES and Mana Ririki are implementing the model in Waitakere and offering newly-updated Train-the-Facilitator workshops for:
- Anyone interested in Maori parenting and tikanga Maori practice models
- Providers delivering parenting training to Maori whanau.
