Submission to Discussion Paper on Legislative Responses to Family Violence

Following community consultation on the Ministry of Justice discussion paper 'Strengthening New Zealand's legislative response to family violence' WAVES have drafted a submission. We are still working on bits and pieces and will be submitting a final version including references to the Ministry of Justice later today (18 September).
