This social change toolkit has been created to help you pull your ideas together in one place, and give you tips and guidance to help realise your community project.

It has been created for all changemakers, regardless of how big or small your social change ambition is.

Driven and funded by the Think Differently campaign team, this toolkit aims to make your life as easy as possible as you venture into social change.

Anyone can register for the 'Your project' section. This will give you access to fantastic online planning tools.
