Scrutiny over CYFs caregivers

CYFS  information record 23 cases in 2012, 30 cases in 2011 and no records for years before 2011 of abuse of children while in CYFs care.  Read more here and on efforts to extend listening devices use to 2015, which would help victims tell their stories of abuse while in state care here
