'Safer' not 'simpler' FC provisions

For children and women's safety in the Family Court safer provisions are better than the simpler ones that Clause 14 proposes, which would dowgrade their protection. Catriona MacLennan raises other critical questions and on untested changes that impact on domestic violence.
