preliminary result of Police ODARA trial

The New Zealand Police has been using the ODARA, a Canadian response system since July 2012, and it reports 'shocking data' but this is no surprise.
For the 95,000 family violence police call outs children were present in over 50% of these incidents and 54,000 cases involved intimate partner violence.
