NGO Open Day at Waitakere Hospital—Everyone Welcome

In conjunction with a “WDHB Patient Experience” Focus

11am to 2pm, Wednesday 25th March 2015

Waitakere Health Link continues the ‘Open Days’ this year, connecting hospital staff with health services in the community. Hosting two Hospital Open Days each year enable Waitakere Hospital staff to meet and network with organisations who provide health services to patients leaving hospital and support them to stay well in the community. The Open Days are well attended, attracting new organisations each time.

See the atteched flyer for more information or if you are interested in taking part in the Open Day.
