MSD update on Whānau Resilience
February 08, 2019 at 12:59 PM
From the Ministry of Social Development
MSD will be investing $15.379 million from Budget 2018 into new ‘Whānau Resilience’ long-term healing and recovery services from July 2019. Whānau Resilience services will be nationally procured and regionally designed, enabling family violence service providers to offer long-term support to individuals, families and whānau affected by family violence.
The Advance Notice for the Whānau Resilience Registration of Interest (ROI) is now available. The notice contains information about the next steps for this procurement process. Note, the ROI itself will not be released until later in February 2019.
