Relationships and Programmes Manager
- Develop innovative community initiatives
- Build and manage relationships
- Flexible – full or part-time (negotiable)
Do you have the skills to inspire the Henderson South McLaren Park community with exciting fresh initiatives? Our Relationships and Programmes Manager will manage our existing initiatives’ and play a pivotal role in scoping, overseeing and delivering new initiatives that connect and engage with people. Here is the opportunity to make a real difference in the community.
We are looking for a great leader, a strong relationship manager with a results focused approach. You will, have a history of delivery and achievement on significant programmes of work. You will have experience in managing and influencing others and working collaboratively across sectors and communities.
We are looking for:
- Experience working in Community Development or related social service setting
- 3+ years' experience in managing and delivering projects or equivalent management experience
- Strong leadership skills - able to lead and motivate others
- Effective communicator
- Proven relationship management skills. Knows how to obtain buy-in from stakeholders
- Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise work in order to meet the project schedule deadlines
- Can identify risks and issues and has the ability to problem solve with minimal disruption to activities
- Excellent written communication skills - able to report on outcomes
