34 hours per week, 6 Month Contract (Parental Leave Cover)
An exciting opportunity to manage a Community Hub. MPHS Community Trust is looking for a pro-active, super organised, community minded, talented administrator to coordinate our Hubwest Community Hub, based in Henderson South. The successful applicant will have the day to day responsibility of welcoming visitors to the Hub, responding to enquiries, managing Hub bookings, ensuring the Hub is well maintained, and completing administration tasks.
Ideally you will have:
- Strong customer service experience.
- Office administration skills and excellent organisational skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and data entry skills.
- The ability to communicate with a wide range of people and cultures.
- Passionate about working with the local community
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and calm under pressure.
