Job Vacancy at Inner City Women's Group: Practice Leader - Assessments

Inner City Women's Group is looking for the right candidate to fill our new position of a Practice Leader - Assessments for 25 hours per week. Reporting to the General Manager, the Practice Leader - Assessments will provide professional leadership in the delivery of Inner City Women's Group's assessments of clients including: the quality and integrity of the assessment and maintaining the process prior to a clients entry into our programmes. 

The role requires you to provide 80% hands on leadership and 20% quality assurance for a team of assessors across Auckland. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities along with extensive experience in assessing women who are perpetrators/victims of violence with high and complex needs.

You will also need extensive knowledge of assessment tools and how they link to programmes with at least a degree level qualification in Counselling or similar.
