Casual Workers - Auckland Wide
We are looking for casual workers to provide a range of support services to tamariki and rangatahi. This could be transporting a young person to an appointment, supervising a family contact visit or providing relief to Family Group Home caregivers over a weekend or holiday period.
The Family Group Home is a place of safety where up to six children and young people can get on with life, while we work to find them a permanent loving home, either with their whānau or in their community.
We provide services to help support young people 24 hours per day, 7 days per week which means we have opportunities for people with different levels of availability.
You must have:
- an interest in working with children and young people who may have challenging behaviours or obstacles to overcome
- a full driver’s licence.
We will be running an information session for those who apply to provide more detail about Oranga Tamariki and the role.
Come and help support this important work by applying online with your CV and cover letter.

This casual role will pay up to $20.10 per hour.
Applications close: Sunday 15th October 2017 at 10.00pm
