Irate Women & Anger Programme

Inner City Women are running an Irate Women and Anger programme in Henderson beginning on the 13th of October. The programme provides opportunities to gain an awareness and understanding of anger and learn skills to manage and deal with everyday situations in non-violent ways.
Please find attached a flyer and brochure of the programme to give you more information. The programme is run for eight weeks long and is available to the clients free of cost or by donation only.

Time: Tuesday, 10-12pm
