Hearts and Minds (formerly Raeburn House): Free Wellbeing Support Groups

Term 4 groups begin soon and are free with a Doctor or health/mental health professional's referral. Groups are running in Henderson, West Harbour, Northcote, Orewa and Milford and are facilitated by qualified counsellors, psychologists, art therapists and/or psychotherapists. Learn and develop tools and techniques to build resilience, for example CBT, Mindfulness, DBT and ACT. See heartsandminds.org.nz for the full programme information.
