Free Wellbeing Support Groups

Free Wellbeing Support Groups:
- Managing Emotions and Finding Balance, Henderson – starting 7th May, every Monday 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
- Moving Past Depression and Anxiety, Henderson – starting 9th May, every Wednesday 10.30am to 12.30pm
- Art Therapy, Henderson – starting 31st May, every Thursday 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
These groups are free with a referral from a GP or health professional and are facilitated by qualified counsellors. For more details see heartsandminds.org.nz, phone 09 441 8989, email learning@heartsandminds.org.nz
