Forum on the family Court

The Auckland Women's Centre in partnership with the Women's Health Action Trust are hosting a forum on 'Women, Children and the Family Court'.

Chaired by the Rt Hon Sir Edmund Thomas QC, the forum considers the following questions:

  • Is the new emphasis on mediation working well?
  • How can the Family Court be improved to ensure justice for women and children?
