Family Violence Regulations are coming into effect - Tenancy Services

Tenancy Services have published information about legislative changes which enable tenants to withdraw from a tenancy by giving at least two days’ notice to a landlord where a tenant has been a victim of family violence during their tenancy. The written notice of at least two days to end the tenancy must be accompanied by qualifying evidence
