Congratulations HELP Auckland!
July 31, 2013 at 1:08 PM
Congratulations HELP Auckland! Minister Paul Bennett has given funding to strengthen its work Auckland-wide and in Northland helping sexual abuse or sexual violence trauma survivors.
'The funding from multiple Government organisations is part of a joint agency approach to sexual violence' which gives HELP Auckland $190,000 more government funding each year in this 3-year contract. Minister Bennett recently took on the lead Ministerial role in sexual violence sector which sits across the Justice, Health, ACC, Police and Social Development portfolios.
You can read more about Minister Bennett's funding in this news article
