This training aims to provide increased Practice awareness of Coercive Control as an overarching family violence tactic and provide Practice Guidelines and Tools to inform family violence responsivity.

This training creates understanding of the restrictions and barriers that surround primary victims and reduce capability to help seek, while exploring the dynamics of child protection, and the consequences of exposure to family violence. We also aim to increase sectoral knowledge and empathy and to reduce the unconscious judgement that exists within our sector.
ECLIPSE: Family Violence Services Ltd is a specialist family violence training provider, that offers services across Aotearoa, New Zealand. We have a targeted focus on providing a Victim Survivor Lived Experience informed training experience to increase workforce capability as well as whānau safety and well-being.
All ECLIPSE training is provided by facilitators with Lived-Experience of Family violence who are also specialists in the family violence sector. You will receive a combined training that consists of victim survivor lived experience and sectoral experience, that is delivered in a real and raw, but highly professional manner.
