COST
$150. Registration closes 4 October 2021
This course will help provide the children’s workforce (organisations and individuals) with a practical guide to development and implementing a workable and robust Child Protection Policy and Procedure and a Safeguarding Code of Conduct.
Serious case reviews highlight the need to create a consistent, systematic approach to identify and respond effectively to concerns. These are the roles of your Child Protection Policies and Procedures. A Safeguarding Code of Conduct provides guidance on appropriate and expected standards of behaviour of those working or volunteering in an organisation towards tamariki and rangatahi. The cost of this course (face to face or webinar delivered) includes 2 resources which will be sent to you when registered. These resources will guide you through the process and useful as references when creating and adapting your policies, procedures and code of conduct.
Webinar is 2.5 hours with a 10 minute break and 20 minute Q&A’s included.
Course cost $150 per person and includes hard copy resources mailed to you before the webinar.
Online registration will close Monday, 4 October to allow time for resources to be sent to you.
