The Designated Person or Child Protection Lead has a responsibility at both a strategic level within the organisation and on a day to day basis.
It is essential that an appropriate senior member of staff is selected to take lead responsibility for child protection. This person should be selected because of their interest, experience and competency required for the role. This course will help give a greater understanding of the responsibilities attached to your lead role.
This webinar is 2.5 hours with a 10 minute break and 20 minute Q&A’s included.
This online training will also be available on 24 March 2021.
Follow the more information link for other online and face to face training offered by Safeguarding Children.
