Assaulted Toddler Brain Damaged

Doctors have told the parents of Caleb Skinner that their son is likely to have sustained permanent brain damage as a result of the serious assault he suffered on the 3rd of March.
An acquaintance of Caleb's mother has been arrested in relation to the attack on the toddler. Read more here.
