14 Hours Homeless - The Community Foot Truck Project
*From the Community Waitakere Noticeboard*
Couch, Car or Cardboard? You Choose. Sleep out to raise awareness and funds for NZ's homeless. This year's 14 Hours Homeless event will be raising funds for the Community Food Truck Project. The Community Food Truck will be able to provide hot food and coffee out on the streets; we will engage with the homeless on their own turf! Our goal is to raise $50,000 to help turn our dream into reality.
